Laura helped my wife and I buy our first home. From the moment I met Laura I knew she was knowledgeable and the agent I wanted helping us. The process from the start was enjoyable. We felt she truly listened to and understood our needs and wants, gave us internet access to begin looking for homes we wanted to see, as well as putting together listings she felt were a good fit. Laura was always on time, looking professional, and offered to drive us around in a comfortable clean car. She was constantly available to show us homes we were interested in, and very prompt in returning phone calls and texts.
At the time it was a seller’s market with multiple offers being submitted on each home and it was nice to have Laura’s expert guidance in the negotiation process, and to know our best interest was always at heart, and that she was straight and honest with us in her encouragement at times that we may need to increase our offer to be competitive. After being out bid a few times on homes we really liked, Laura spent much time on the phone with me, helping me to stay patient and positive that with her help we would find the right home. After about six months of searching and searching, we found the right house for the right price in the right neighborhood. Laura helped negotiate a great offer that worked for both us and the seller in very little time. She coordinated inspections and walk-throughs with vendors in a simple and timely manner, knowing we were so excited to get into our house.
Laura worked tirelessly for us for months and demonstrated such professionalism all along the way. We enjoyed very much our time house hunting with Laura, and she was true to her promise. We love our new little perfect house and have spent the last year and a half making it our own, and the perks and services of working with Laura do not end at closing. At least monthly, we get some kind of gift, helpful advice and tips in the form of an email or letter, and so on. It was a pleasure working with Laura and I highly recommend her to anyone in the market looking to buy or sell. She is not only now our realtor, but a good close friend.
